    • A Restocking fee of 15% of the order total plus the return shipping cost is deducted if the package is returned to sender 

    Shipping

    • Quick, reliable, and efficient — we take pride in getting your order out fast. If you need to make any changes, please call or text us at (281) 850-5750 during business hours only. Once your order has shipped, we are not be able to make adjustments. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Also, note that USPS can sometimes experience delays — the estimated delivery times at checkout are not always guaranteed.

    Returns

    • Due to the collectible nature of our items, we typically do not accept returns. That said, we understand situations arise — returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs both to and from us. Prior approval is required before any returns are sent. The product must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on anything that is sold as "Factory Sealed" even if it was not opened due to the collectible item integrity concerns. No cancellation on store pickup orders. 

    Local Pickup

    • Store pickup is a great way to secure your product quickly. Most orders are ready within a few hours, but please wait for an email notification confirming it's ready before coming in. Starting Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm, store pickup orders are not typically ready untill Monday morning. Keep in mind some items are not easily pullable when you visit the storefront, so local pick up is most efficient. Also, no cancellations on store pickup orders.
